- If your order has gone past the processing time of 15-20 days please reach out to customerservice@trippeetreats.com and include your order number in the email so that we may give you an accurate update.
Why didn't I receive my entire order at once?
- Please keep in mind that we split ship orders. Each category is shipped from a separate print shop. If you want to reach out to that print shop, please visit our contact page and select the shop you want to contact. Contact us.
My tracking says "Awaiting Package" when will it be taken to the carrier?
- Packages are dropped off within 2 business days of processing and packaging. If you chose Standard shipping, your delivery is within 6-10 business days. Expedited orders will be delivered within 2-3 days. Expedited shipping does not speed up the production of your order. Orders are made in the order in which they are received. Please keep in mind that once orders have been dropped off to the carrier we are no longer responsible for the delivery and speed of your package reaching you. Please allow time for the the carrier to update and deliver package information.
How many come in one order?
- Note that products are sold in quantities of one(1) If you would like a bundle please increase your quantity amount. If the product is already offered in bundle packs please see the options sections on the product page. As some items are already bundled.

What is the processing time for an order?
- All items are made upon ordering. Please allow 15-20 days for processing. Processing and shipping time frames are separate. Once your order is processed, they are shipped and the shipping time frame begins based off of the option you chose. You can login to your account at any time to check the status of your order, as well as check your email for updates. once your order is shipped you will receive the confirmation via email.
